Obituary of Maniben Ramanbhai Valand

Maniben Valand, 92, of Placentia California, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on December 30, 2019. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was born on April 15, 1927 in Dabhan, Gujarat, India. She later married Ramanbhai Valand and together they had five children, fourteen grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren. Throughout her life, Maniben was a homemaker who devoted her life to her family. She was a very humble being who never hesitated in helping others. She enjoyed gardening, travelling and visiting temples all around India. She will be greatly missed for her unique sense of humor and immense care for others. A funeral service for Maniben Valand will be held on Friday, January 3, 2020 at 3:00 pm at Melrose Abbey Memorial Park & Mortuary. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Maniben's life. Even though every human is destined to die, the soul is immortal: "For death is certain to one who is born...thou shalt not grieve for what is unavoidable."
