Obituary of Phu Hong To

Phu Hong To was born in Vietnam in September 27, 1957 and passed away in Arcadia, California on April 9, 2019. He spent his work years as a janitor in the textile industry. He is survived by his father Phillipps To, brother, Dennis To and sisters, Jennifer Phan and Cindy Nguyen. Traditional Buddhist services were held. He will be greatly missed by his loving family.
